RevolutionPHR Patient Portal and Messaging Center
First you must log into the RevolutionPHR Patient Portal using the RevolutionPHR button below. You will need to contact our office to receive your log-in credentials. Once you are logged into the Patient Portal, you will have access to your health information from examinations, account information and ability to securely and privately message Dr. Palmer and his staff. Should you have any questions regarding messaging, diagnoses or other navigation questions regarding the Patient Portal, please feel free to contact our office.
You can decide if access to RevolutionPHR is right for you, and participation is completely optional. We have no record of your access and we offer this online portal as a service to you, our patient for your information, and for you to use at your own discretion.
